The Thortitude Package costs £325 per delegate, and each course can accept 16 delegates at one time. This cost comprises a 2 day intensive training package around Mental Health First Aid, and includes:

  • A hard copy workbook to support learning throughout the course

  • A digital manual to refer to for whenever is needed after completing the course

  • A wallet-sized reference card with the Mental Health First Aid action plan

  • A digital MHFAider® certificate

  • Access to the MHFAider Support App® for three years

  • Access to ongoing learning opportunities, resources and exclusive events

  • The opportunity to be a part of the largest MHFAider® community in England

We offer a 2-day Adult Mental Health First Aid course which can be delivered: 

  • At your place of work, anywhere in the UK, or

  • Online, with all course materials provided in advance

We will work around your organisational needs; with flexibility around delivering courses on consecutive days or we can split the course into two separate days to meet your requirements.

We can also offer weekend courses if this is more suitable.

Whilst not currently mandatory, it is expected that it will soon be a lawful requirement for organisations to provide MHFA, similar to their current obligations to provide First Aid at Work within the workplace. Thortitude recommends that organisations should aim for a ratio of 1 Mental Health First Aider to every 10 staff members, and we offer bespoke training packages that can be delivered within your workplace for your employees.

Thortitude offers flexibility in the way in which courses are delivered, so subject to availability you will have the option to book a 2 day slot (recommended), or we can split the 2 days over a 2 week period to fit in with your organisational needs.

Private individuals undertaking a Thortitude training course are requested to pay by bank transfer prior to the course. Organisations funding participants will be requested to make payment within 28 days of invoice. Should any delegate be unable to attend at short notice, we are prepared to either move them to a later course, or only charge 50% of their course fees.
